Lainey has over 25 years of experience in bodywork, she has worked in group and private practice with all ages from newborns to the elderly, sports clients to palliative care.

She has undergone training on, and has a special interest in, the impact of trauma on the body, and mind, and has developed her approach with clients according to those principles of trauma-informed practice. Her interest in the body-mind connection has developed her unique skills to include an intuitive client-based approach.

Her commitment to ongoing education and learning ensures her approach is fresh and curious. Her goal is to ensure a safe holding environment for every client that passes through her hands leaving them with an improved sense of well being.

As a trained ballet dancer, certified dance movement therapist and dance teacher, Lainey has a great understanding of the human body.
